Cancellation policy

We strive to process and ship orders quickly, so we have a strict cancellation policy to ensure fairness and efficiency.

No exceptions will be made for late or invalid cancellation requests.


Cancellation Eligibility

To qualify for a cancellation:

  1. Timing is critical — You must request cancellation before a shipping label has been generated.

    • Once a label is generated (even if the package has not been physically shipped), your order is considered "in fulfillment" and cannot be canceled. You will need to follow our Return Policy instead.

  2. We do not allow cancellations because you use a cellular carrier other than T-Mobile.

    • As stated throughout our website and help center, we only officially support T-Mobile and T-Mobile-based carriers.

  3. The cancellation request must be made through one of our official support channels listed below.

  4. Cancellations may only be processed by the original purchaser or the payment account holder.


How to Request a Cancellation

  • Your request is not considered approved until you receive written confirmation from us that the order has been canceled.


Important Notes

  • If your cancellation request is received after a shipping label has been generated, your order cannot be canceled. You will need to follow our return process after receiving the package.

  • Shipping label generation can occur at any time after you place your order — sometimes within minutes. We recommend submitting any cancellation requests immediately.

  • We reserve the right to refuse a cancellation request for any reason we see fit.

  • If your order includes a custom product, special order, or personalized item, it cannot be canceled once processing has begun.

  • We have the right to not favor cancellation requests. While we sometimes provide the option to cancel, it is not guaranteed or always available.


Refunds for Approved Cancellations

  • Approved cancellations will be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • Processing times may vary by bank or card issuer.

  • Any payment processing fees, restocking fees (if applicable), or other non-recoverable costs may be deducted from your refund.


Non-Cancellable Orders

The following orders cannot be canceled:

  • Orders where a shipping label has been generated

  • Orders containing custom products, special orders, or personalized items

  • Sale items and promotional bundle orders

  • Orders placed with store credit or gift cards only
