Return Window

We offer a 7-day return window, meaning you have 7 calendar days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

Return requests submitted after 7 calendar days will not be accepted.

No exceptions will be made for late return requests.


Return Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for a return, all of the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be returned in the exact condition in which it was received — brand new, unused, undamaged, and unaltered.

  • The product must look and feel exactly as it did upon delivery. Any signs of use, wear, dirt, scratches, activation, or tampering will result in automatic return rejection.

  • All original packaging and contents must be included, including but not limited to:

  1. Original box
  2. Accessories
  3. Manuals
  4. Stickers
  5. Protective films
  6. Inserts and included materials
  • Missing packaging, accessories, or materials will result in return refusal.

  • A valid return reason must be provided and approved by us. We reserve the right to deny any return request at our sole discretion.

  • Returns cannot be requested due to carrier incompatibility.
    As clearly stated throughout our website and Help Center, Kosher Qin Phone officially supports T-Mobile and T-Mobile-based carriers only.
    Phones will not be accepted for return if they do not work on carriers outside the T-Mobile network.

  • The return request must be submitted and shipped back within 7 calendar days of delivery.

    • If a return is requested on the 7th day, the item must be shipped that same day.

  • Items must be returned using only the return shipping label provided by us.

    • Do not use your own shipping method.

  • Returns must be packaged securely using proper shipping materials to prevent damage to the product or outer box.

  • Used, dirty, damaged, or altered devices are not eligible for return.

  • Restocking fees and return shipping fees may apply.

IMPORTANT:
If a phone or accessory is returned without all original packaging or shows any signs of use, damage, or tampering, the return will be rejected. The item will only be shipped back to you at your expense.


How to Start a Return

To request a return:

Fastest option: Open a return request through your Order Summary page on our website.

You may also contact us through one of our support channels listed below, but this may delay processing.

Do not ship anything back without prior return approval.
Unapproved returns will be rejected and returned to the sender at the customer’s expense.


Return Shipping & Restocking Fees

  1. We will generate and provide a return shipping label.
  2. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
  3. A 7% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.
  4. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Damages, Defects & Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible so we can evaluate the issue and determine the appropriate resolution.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return under any circumstances:

  1. Custom products, special orders, or personalized items
  2. Sale items and promotional purchases
  3. Gift cards
  4. Any item showing signs of use, damage, or missing packaging or accessories

  6. Wallet cases with removed adhesive
  7. Bring-Your-Own-Device (BYOD) products

Exchanges

To request an exchange, please follow the same return process outlined above.
When submitting your return request, you may select the option to request an exchange, subject to approval and availability.


Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

If approved:

Your refund (minus return shipping and restocking fees) will be issued to your original payment method within up to 10 business days.

Refund timing may vary depending on your bank or card issuer.
