Refund Policy

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 calendar days after receiving your order to request a return.

No exceptions will be made for late return requests.

Return Eligibility  

To qualify for a return:  

  • Item must be in the exact condition you received it — brand new, unused, and undamaged.
  • All original packaging, accessories, manuals, stickers, protective films, and included items must be present and in perfect condition.
  • Product must look and feel exactly as it did when shipped to you**. Any signs of wear, use, or missing packaging will result in return refusal.
  • You must provide a valid reason for wanting to return an item.
  • A return must be submitted and shipped back within seven days of receiving the item. Therefore, if you request a refund on the seventh day of receiving the item, it must be sent out that same day by the mail carrier.
  • A phone can only be returned via the shipping label we provide. Do not use your own shipping means.
  • A return must be sent back in normal packaging so the item nor outer box does not get damaged.
  • A used phone or one that has been dirty or damaged cannot be returned.
  • A phone must be sent back with all the original packaging, boxes, accessories, etc.
  • A phone must be returned in pristine condition, as if it had just arrived. It should appear brand new. There may be restocking fees and return shipping fees.
  • A valid reason (that must be approved by us) is required to make a return. We have full rights to deny a return request for any reason we see fit.   

IMPORTANT: If the phone or accessories are returned without all original packaging or show any signs of use, damage, or tampering, the return will be rejected and the item will only be shipped back at your expense.

How to Start a Return  

- The fastest way: Open a return via your Order Summary page on our website.  
- You may also contact us through one of our support methods (listed below), but this will delay processing.  
- Do NOT ship anything back without first receiving return approval. Unapproved returns will be rejected and the item will only be shipped back at your expense.

Return Shipping & Restocking Fee  

- We will generate a return shipping label for you.  
- You are responsible for the cost of return shipping — this cost will be deducted from your refund.  
- A 7% restocking fee will also be deducted from your refund.  
- Shipping fees paid on your original order are non-refundable.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.  
Contact us right away if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can evaluate the situation and make it right.

Non-Returnable Items  

The following items cannot be returned:  
- Custom products (special orders or personalized items)  
- Sale items  
- Gift cards  
- Any item showing signs of use, damage, or missing packaging/accessories
- Screen protector, wallet with removed adhesive, and bring your own device products.

Exchanges  

To exchange an item, please follow the return process above. There is an option when creating a return to request an exchange.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval or rejection.  
If approved, your refund (minus shipping cost and restocking fee) will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.  
Processing times may vary by bank or card issuer.  
If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us.
